Before you apply please make sure you meet the following criteria:

Income – income is at least 3 times the rental amount
Rental history – no more than 1 late payment in the last 12 months. No prior evictions or money owed to a prior landlord
Credit – we require a minimum score of 620. If your score is less you may qualify for our Second Chance program which requires a two (2) month security deposit

The application fee is $50 per adult and the security deposit and first months rent is due within 48 hours of application approval.
Application fees are non refundable and processed in order received.
